A finely crafted antique Art Deco platinum ring with an intricate gem set flower design comprising a center cluster of round brilliant cut diamonds, surrounded by flower swirl border of calibrated sapphires. The diamond cluster contains 9 round diamonds of general VS1 clarity and great G-H white color. There is one larger diamond at the center of the cluster with a diameter of about 4mm, while the remaining 8 diamonds have average diameters in the range of 2.5mm each. Total estimated diamond weight is about 1.10 carats. The sapphire border is set with a numerous number of extremely well calibrated sapphires. All sapphires are natural with great deep royal blue color. Gross weight of the ring is 4.4 grams and ring size is 55 (US size 7.25, UK size O), but can easily be resized. Top face of the ring measures 15mm (0.6”). The ring is hallmarked with French marks for platinum. The unmatched Art Deco design is emblematic for the glamour of this fine jewelry period. Scarce antique jewelry collector piece and one of the rare Art Deco diamond rings and jewels.
